About The Project
Tatras technicians assisted Purdy’s representatives with the thorough cleaning of the dark chocolate melter at the Purdy’s Factory, following strict safety protocols for conned space entry. The project involved using hot water and hoses to melt the chocolate, followed by
applying a degreasing agent to effectively remove all chocolate and organic matter from the
interior components. After cleaning, the interior was carefully dried to prevent oxidation or rust, ensuring the equipment’s optimal performance and long-term durability.
